Pascal Jeannin is a native of the Burgundy region of France.  He graduated first in his class in 1978 from the Simon Weil School of Hotel and Culinary Sciences in Dijon.  He embarked on his professional career in Paris and Mexico City.  He arrived in Austin in 1983, and has been providing Austinites with incomparable cuisine ever since.

Chef Pascal is personally committed to overseeing the quality and presentation of exquisite food and extraordinary events. He is dedicated to providing world class catering and event planning services in an exciting, cosmopolitan city.  He is assisted by experienced and knowledgeable event planners, on-site servers and off-site production staff who all share his passion for excellence.
